Welcome to Taxi Cabs. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.

  • Confirmation of a booking will be sent once the reservation is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in exceptional circumstances.

Pricing

  • All fares are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, extra stops, parking fees, toll charges, airport fees, or special requests.

  • Prices are subject to change if booking details are altered.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge if the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Charges

If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 35% to 40% of the total booking amount may be deducted and retained by Taxi Cabs.

The exact cancellation fee will depend on operational costs, driver allocation, and booking circumstances.

Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting the cancellation charges.

No Show Policy

A booking will be considered a “No Show” if:

  • The customer fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location.

  • The customer cannot be contacted using the provided contact details.

  • The customer refuses the service upon driver arrival.

In such cases, the full fare may be charged without refund.

Waiting Time

Drivers may allow a reasonable waiting period. Additional waiting charges may apply if the customer exceeds the included waiting time.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate booking details.

  • Ensure passengers behave respectfully.

  • Avoid causing damage to vehicles.

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Customers may be held responsible for cleaning or repair costs resulting from damage caused during the journey.

Service Delays

While we strive to provide punctual service, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Vehicle breakdowns

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

Taxi Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

Lost Property

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in recovering lost items.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
